    Shadow Complex stuck installing at 100%


    I have the Xbox One Beta and installed Shadow Complex a few weeks ago and played it for about an hour. When I logged in a few days later for some reason in the game menu it showed the game as installing 100%. It is still stuck there after a few weeks
    and I cannot stop/cancel the install or delete the game. I tried disconnecting from the network to delete it but that didn't work. Is there some solution other than doing a factory restore? I'd rather not download 400gb + of games/apps to fix this issue.

    Shadow Complex Update stuck at 100%

    If you can't delete/uninstall it, try doing a power cycle on your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds or until it turns off. Then turn it back on and see if this changes the state of anything .

    My Xbox tried downloading a patch for Shadow Complex, and now it's stuck at 100%. I can't even start the game, and it won't let me delete it. Other games play and install fine. What do I do?

    Shadow Complex stuck installing at 100%

    I found a solution online that worked. I held down the power button on the console for 10 seconds to power down the console. When I logged back in it allowed me to start the installation over.

    Sorry to hear it. If you believe this to be an issue with the preview then you should post to the preview forums.

    I also wanted to mention that if you got an external hard drive (USB 3.0 ranging in size from 256GB - 16TB) you could move the content on to it and then not worry about redownloading after a factory reset.
