here looking for devoted gamers to join Shadow Company. Shadow Company is a mature community that has been around since 2008. We enjoy having fun playing games with like-minded people, while staying competitive in game. If this sounds like something

Minimum Requirements:

· Must be Mature

· Must have a Microphone

· Must be 18yo or older

Must be able to attend at least 1 practice a week



Shadow Company supports both Playstation 4 and Xbox One with the following titles:

· Call of Duty Series

· Destiny 2



Here is a small idea of how Shadow Company operates:



-Military Based System: We conduct practices with a squad that is led by a (SL) Squad Leader and a (SA) Squad Assistant. During practice, you get to work close with your squad members to learn Map Callouts and tactics that will help with alerting your squad
to the location of enemies and/or objective targets. Also, we don’t focus on KDR (Kill/Death Ratio) and SPM (Score Per Minute) as our goal is to work together as a community to help everyone become better in game.



-Earn Medals/Ribbons/Awards: No matter what game you play from the list above, you are able to earn special awards, medals, and ribbons! These awards are achievements that are completed by progressing as a team and/or completing skilled achievements in game.



-Family Oriented: All of us here at Shadow Company are family. We realize that real life issues do happen and that is okay. You will not be penalized for not showing up to practice as long as you let the Squad Leader know that you will need to step away.
As a family, we will always support our members that need to address issues outside of the gaming world.

-Leadership Opportunities: Shadow Company has many Opportunities to grow and move around in with many leadership positions that become available all the time from recruiters to division officers the skies the limit to what you can achieve in Shadow Company.

Looking for a large gaming community with a "friends first" motto? Shadow Company would like to invite you to take a tour of our headquarters. We are a growing and structured online gaming community, established in October 2008. We support both Playstation
3 and Xbox 360 consoles with multiple gaming titles. Currently those titles are; Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Halo 4, Defiance, Battlefield 3, Killzone 3, and Dust 514. Shadow Company is the place for fans of shooters looking to take their gaming experience
to the next level.

Shadow Company is much more than a clan, we are a community, with worldwide membership. If you choose to go to battle in North America or Europe, Shadow Company has a home for you. You are not just a number in Shadow Company, we offer a unique awards system,
for in game and community based achievements to ensure each and every member receives the recognition they deserve. We also offer leadership positions for those interested and well qualified in all of our divisions and regiments. We will do our part to ensure
every member is treated with consideration and respect, is given adequate opportunities to participate at the appropriate levels, and shares in the success of the Community as a whole. Our motto is: "From the Shadows as One" and we take care of our own.

Our structure is based off various military and para-military elements with an established rank system and Chain of Command. We operate an extensive website, complete with profiles, interactive forums, private messaging, and a live chat Shoutbox. Our headquarters
allows us to manage members and resources, while providing us the communications and logistics tools necessary to give us an added edge in the strategic aspects of structured online gaming.

We operate a complete Gaming Division, with Regiments dedicated to many of today's top shooter titles. Within each Regiment are dedicated Squads that provide our members with a close knit group of friends and the intimate experiences often lacking in many large
clans. Here you will work hand-in-hand with your team and Squad Staff to develop and rehearse tactics and strategies for your preferred game title. While most squads engage in scheduled training sessions, there is a level of flexibility that exists, which
allows even casual gamers a chance to play with an organized team.

In addition, we operate a Recruitment & Training Division and a Web Team Division that support the Community and help us grow and improve.

All potential recruits must have a mic and possess the ability to work as a team and be objective oriented. Personal statistics can be a source of pride for any member but you are expected to put the goals of the Community and the mission before all else.
