this lady verbally abused and sexually abuse me with her camer on you uno was wearing too skimpy of a top and had her
[Mod Removed] halfway out of her shirt which is sexually over aggressive and abusive and breaking the gamer rules in my opinion I'd like to know if anybody else thinks so if the form moderators do and the console ban people do her gamer tag
is. [Mod Removed] these are all the rules she also broke what are part of your terms of usage in agreemetnt. trash talking explicit language over aggressive lacking skill cuz I have half the gamer points she does and I'm going to surpass hers
within a year in game voice in the file complaint area video communication in the same area for the sexually explicit content she was doing and she sent false feedback on me and and misuse the feedback system under the feedback tampering in the file complaint
area also she broke that rule 2 and system tampering in my opinion also. and you guys haven't been this gamer yet fore trash talking explicit language in over aggressiveness and in game voice in the file complaint section and I love to know why he's not banned
yet his gamertag is. [Mod Removed]

Verbally/Sexually Harassed by Modders.

While playing in a random player session on the Xbox 360; a player, Gamer Tag: (MOD REMOVED - NAME & SHAME), announced over chat that anyone who approached him would be glitched out of the game. Curious I asked him how and why he would do this. He told me that he would not reveal how he was able to do this, but as proof drove over to a group of players in a vehicle mod shop and instantly they all dropped from the game. I went to report him for cheating and over the chat he said, "oh, a player just paused." I did not at the time know that he was referring to me.
(MOD REMOVED) then came to my location and froze my xbox console. I proceeded to restart my console and when I had reloaded my profile I sent him a message stating I was going to report him for cheating. A few moments later he sent me a Xbox party invite. I reluctantly accepted his invite to the chat. When I entered the chat there where three people in the party: Then proceeded to ridicule myself because of my choice of XBL Player icon.
I politely asked why he had sent me the party request, and he said that I should not report him. then told me that he had found a hack that when he entered a Tow Truck, any players in the immediate area would have their Xbox consoles frozen. I told him that freezing players consoles for his own enjoyment was against the Xbox Code of Conduct, rude, and took the fun out of the game for others. He then told me that he did not care because if he were to leave the truck, his Xbox would freeze and he could not enjoy the game how he wanted too. From there the conversation turned sour, they started making fun of me and harassed me verbally and made inappropriate sexual remarks about me. I then told them I was leaving the chat, and I left.

You are not allowed to call out gamertags on the forums.Reporting via your console is the only way to report someone.

I believe sexual harassment is simply considered a violation under the terms of use and can be files as abuse. Any form of abuse is "Not appropriate".
