Easy block them . And report them .

If they've been reported to Xbox and police, not much else we can do, except educating people on safety tools provided by Microsoft, which are found here....

Depending on which country this is occurring in it could fall into federal or in the UK's NCA jurisdiction.

Sadly once its been reported to both parties its a long waiting game and it can take time I would advice to monitor what your children or child if you have any on what games they are playing and what friends they are communicating with.

Screenshots may not help xbox enforcement team as they may have started in another service however they would be great for FBI, NCA etc they would use those to pin point when where and how long the conversation logs have been going on for.

Hope this helps clear up why it takes so long.

You report via the console and in game, that way they get the relevant data to investigate. Screen shots would nopt be accepeted anyway as they can be manipulated. If you have a time this happened, then you can give the time and the game and they will
be able to check the logs.

File a complaint on Xbox One

If you think a player has violated the Microsoft Code of Conduct, submit a report to Xbox. You can report a player’s behavior, or specific content such as Club or LFG messages and activity feed items.

All reports include the option to enter comments. Use this opportunity to provide us with more information about the violation.

Report a player

To report a player who has behaved in an inappropriate way or posted inappropriate content:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, go to
   People, and then select the gamertag you wish to report. If the player is not a friend, select
   Recent players, or select Find someone and enter the player's gamertag to search.
2. From the player's profile, select Report or block.
3. Select Report.
4. Select one of the following reasons for the report:
   • Player name or gamertag: The player's name or gamertag is inappropriate.
   • Cheating: The player used unauthorized modifications or attempted to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer gaming.
   • Player picture: The player’s gamerpic is inappropriate.
   • Voice communication: The player used inappropriate, abusive, or threatening language in voice communications.
   • Unsporting behavior: The player didn’t show good sportsmanship.
   • Quitting early: The player frequently quit multiplayer games to avoid losing.
5. Select Add comment to provide more information. When finished, select
   Report.
