Sexual discrimination and harrasment

I feel I have been treated unfairly, so last night I was playing Rainbow Six Siege with my partner, we won the match and a guy on the enemy team got very defensive and started messaging me and my partner, this went on for a while, he called me a "[Mod
Removed]" and various other offenses things, including telling to "get back in the kitchen" multiple times (because I'm a female), and making various self harm jokes "[Mod Removed]". I said one mildly offensive thing (I told him he
was a [Mod Removed]) as a joke, I received a communications ban within a few hours, I've reported all this guys messages and yet he hasn't been banned, he is also still messaging me quite offenses messages as I'm typing this.

Is there anything I can do to have the reports noticed, and my complaint taken seriously?

I was playing halo 3 on the xbox 360 tonight and a user with the gamertag
[Mod Removed] was telling my 14 year old nephew that he wanted to have sex with him and wanted to see if my nephew could find him a 12 year old boy to have sex with. He told me and my nephew that he was 19 years old so it's ok for him to have sex
with young boys. I did block him and I filed a complaint on his profile and my nephew did the same.

Hi, since you have reported them, then your report will be investigated by the enforcement team. This can take time due to the fact that they get hundreds of reports a day. If they are found to have done what you say, then they will be punished for the
offense they did. Some offenses take time to investigate, while others are straightaway, hence the suspension you got. Hopefully it shouldn't be too long before they are suspended or banned for the offense that they did to you.

 

Your report is taken seriously. There are words and terms that will get you banned , because you retalliated . And sorry to say that sometimes reports do fall through . And if a first time report doesnt always get instaban. Bit if you provide enforcement
with screen shots they should be able to do something for you. And yes it is seprate from the suppor website

 

Hi, I am sorry you suffered this behavior, your report will be taken seriously. I would suggest tha you read all the information at https://enforcement.xbox.com there's some helpful
stuff on the site.

It may well be that this individual is so toxic, that there are multiple reports to be looked into. No valid report slips through, it can in some cases take a couple of months for enforcement to deal with them.

As you already know, responding to trolls and toxic players isn't advisable. I use this way to deal with them Report, Mute, Block, Do not reply. A troll hates not getting a response.
