Sexual communication online

Hello,

I was in a party with three people I had met the day prior in an online game. One of the guys, I won't discuss names or publicly shame here, was using inappropriate language in the party text chat to a female in our group. He was telling her he wanted to
have ... with her and do other things. I cannot go in detail, as yet, it is inappropriate. I took photos of ALL of the messages he sent of course, on my phone, which if you private message me or email me I am more than willing to co-operate fully with any
investigation.

I messaged the other person in the party saying please can you kick so and so from the party for saying dirty things to her in party chat. I also took screenshots of this. The player kept inviting me to parties and I said something along the lines of "You
were kicked as you made her feel uncomfortable. You were saying you wanted to have ... with her and you don't even know us in real life, just online. It's abit weird isn't it?" to which my message was then deleted and I've been communication banned for one
day. I am aware that the girl I was talking to was clearly around 15-16, a minor by law. This guy did not have a microphone and I would like to put my case forward. I have screenshots of what was said in text chat however Microsoft doesn't give us the ability
to report chat in party text chat. The user that I reported then responded saying "Tell her sorry" etc.

More guilt to admit that he did it. I'm just confused really, in a way I understand the reason for my communication ban but I don't at the same time. This is the first time I have EVER had any enforcement action from XBLPET and I received enforcement action
after I was the one to report someone for using sexual communication online. I thought my message I sent to him was completely just, it wasn't name shaming him or calling him out etc and I haven't even done it on this forum. I literally said he made her uncomfortable
and said why. He even admitted to saying it and now I'm communication banned.

Luckily, I was still in the party just now when I was communication banned so I told the girl and her friend that I just received a communication ban after I tried to protect them who said it was absolutely ridiculous how I would be banned when you guys
cannot see the stuff that was being sent to us.

I am more than willing to comply with any investigation needed but I have no reason to lie whatsoever and I truly reported this user for the safety of these girls that I met. I cannot believe I, being the reporter, was com. banned attempting to report a
possible pedophile. I believe in innocent until proven guilty so I will not name or shame anyone involved. My email on my Microsoft account is up-to-date so please do contact me and I will provide evidence screenshots etc.
