Severely Angry, cant purchase game or get support.

I originally attempted to purchase Toy Story 3, an Xbox 360 backwards compatibility game through my Xbox one using a Xbox one $25 prepaid card, but I sadly found out that I can not use prepaid cards to purchase 360 games, a waste of $25. Then I attempted
to purchase the game through my Xbox one using a credit card, but every time I go to purchase my Xbox gives me an error saying, "Sorry your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later." but no matter how long I wait or how many times
I try the purchase wont go through, then I attempted to purchase the game through the Xbox website, but sadly it gave me the same error and told me to try purchasing the game through my Xbox one. After all of this I had attempted to get support from the Xbox
site, I requested two phone calls and three live chats but never received any of them. I am severely angry at this point and would just like to purchase Toy Story 3 for my Xbox one. Suggestions?

My rewards better get fixed this is not right!!!!

i have called xbox, left posts to xbox rewards support forums and nothing has happened im getting ignored. i am extremely angry with xbox rewards support/Microsoft because my rewards account says i need to update payment/billing info but all of my info is
correct. i have preordered games and they are not registering in my missions and this needs to get fixed because i should not miss out on the rewards i deserve. i cant even express how angry i am right now please get back to me and fix this problem asap. thank

Can't purchase any coin packs

i have been having the same purchase problem as everyone else when playing mic bingo. makes me very angry as i to have spent lots of money on this game. fix it or get rid of it!!!!
