    SEVERE unsolved One X issues


    So ever since the one x has launched, it has been plagued with all sorts of connection issues. After multiple attempts to reach out to the Xbox support on Twitter and being ignored I have taken it to here to see if anyone has found out a work around to actually
    keeping a One X connected to Live. Mine randomly disconnects after usage and won't reconnect. This is after multiple upon multiple attempts at restarting the console to get it to connect in the first place. It makes everything impossible to play. Need help
    badly because my next step is leaving Microsoft after 10+ years with them.

    Please understand that the only way to regain access to your account is to prove your ownership by submitting a validation request. We at Microsoft take account security seriously and we need to establish the account ownership first before we can reset your
    password.

    You can send a validation request using the steps in the link below.

    My Account is Blocked...what do I do?

    Here are some suggestions to assist you in submitting a new request:

    - Answer questions using the information you used when you created the account or last updated it.

    - Submit the recovery request from a computer you frequently use for Windows Live services.

    - Answer as many questions as you can and be as precise as possible.

    - For questions with multiple answers, such as email subjects and contacts, provide as many answers as you can.

    - If you have difficulty remembering email subjects or contacts, try reaching out to family, friends, or business contacts to verify.

    I would like to emphasize that we can assist you in recovering your Windows Live ID. However, if you cannot reset your password or provide enough information to prove account ownership, you will need to contact our Xbox Support Team. We have no control over
    your Xbox Live account and only they can change the parent email address associated with your Xbox Live account.
