Several xbox live disconnects per day with no other devices affected

Hello, I have a problem with xbox live. Every once in a while I lose connection to xbox live, regardless of what I am doing. I could be idle at the home screen, in a game, or in an app, it doesn't matter. I then cannot connect at all no matter what i try,
and the network connection test fails. The only way to fix it is to hard reset the console, and then everything works like new. My network statistics are: 9.45mbps download, 2.08mbps upload, no packet loss, 1480 MTU, and 102ms ping. I hope there is something
I can do.

Connection

I disconnect from live 3 times per hour nearly every day when no other device in the house loses any connection whatsoever i have had this xbox for about 2 months and this has been happening for a while but it gets worse and worse

 

Netflix disconnects randomly from XBOX Live. Many posts and multiple calls with no result

Have experienced disconnect from xbox live every 10-15 minutes while streaming Netflix for several months. Called support and ran through reinstall app, delete cache, test network, etc. Problem still persists and has been widely reported for several years.
Netflix works flawlessly on other devices on the network. Have no latency or connection quality issues. Just called tech again at Microsoft for the 3rd time with no solution.
