    Several Xbox Features Unavailable?


    YO! My name is Ethan. I created my own Microsoft account recently and I'm having troubles with the Xbox end of it. I wanted to tweak my privacy settings a bit and they're saying I can't because I'm a part of a family? When I'm not, so I'm not sure what to do with that. Also, I keep trying to upload a gamerpic and it ends up with an error. Lots of problems, hoping to get answers. Thank you!

    I understand you’re having some trouble changing some privacy settings for your Microsoft account.
    As you’re not a part of a family group, try visiting the link below:
    https://account.microsoft.com/family/home > click the dots above your name > leave family group.

    Another option you may have is asking a family member or friend to add yourself to a family group.

    However, I appreciate the opportunity to let you know that when restrictions appear on your account, this means your account is set as a child account.
    This status doesn’t go away until the system recognizes you turn 18 or the legal adult age in your country.

    Lastly, please notice that here in the community forums, no one is capable of reviewing or discussing your account details.

    You can't download any dlc for original xbox games.The old severs were shut down a while back so any online features,including dlc is unavailable now.
