  1. Several things failing to load after the most recent update?


    For almost a week now... Mixer, Community, Game Pass, the Xbox Store, game clubs, & game clips either - A: Don't work properly or B: Don't work at-all. I've tried disconnecting my router and reseting my console, but nothing I've tried has worked. I know
    its not a problem with XBL as my friend isn't having this issue, and I haven't seen anyone else report this recently. Xbox support isn't working out either so I'm not sure what to do.

    I have tried updating several of my games with no success. Most recently COD BO2 after failing to load i get a message that tells me to go to xbox support if the problem persists with a number at the bottom.

    Crashing Game

    My XBOX ONE came with the downloadable version of FIFA 14. For the most part it is OK but it has failed to load up several times.

    Now and again, it loads up to the point after the EA Sports intro, then on pressing 'A' after that, it just goes back to the home screen. After that, when trying to load it, a messages is displayed saying the game is taking too long etc... and crashes. Not had the issue with any other games.

    Anybody else had this issue?

    Hi there,

    when you say you have Reset the console, do you mean a Power cycle or do you meant a Factory Reset, which requires you to redownload your profile etc.?

    Also be sure to check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services
    and
    http://enforcement.xbox.com
    to check there are no issues on your account itself.

    Also be sure to check if the same things happens on a different profile (if you have one available to test it with)

    Let us know the results

    I tried checking MS account services but it failed to load. I was given this in response - TraceId: dsdPZ/izrUut0GYu.4.14.5

    Not sure if that helps or not. No enforcement problems either.

    This issue happens regardless of profiles, so its not tied to a singular account.

    can cause issues due to the Xbox Insider consoles receiving an alpha version of the operating system. Any issues with the interface are usually caused by a system updated not applying itself to the console properly. This issue can be
    resolved with a
    soft factory reset
    . This is the type of factory reset that keeps games and applications installed. This will remove all accounts from the console so the email addresses and passwords must be known before this step is taken. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Just bought this game new and xbox wont even load?

    Try selecting 'Load' and choose the most recent save (I've had issues with the 'Continue' option too). If that fails, then try loading the next most recent one.
