    Several problems with my xbox360


    Hello, I would like to ask about some solutions with my xbox 360.

    First of all, when I login to my account, it changes the display of all items, like there is no apps, videos, music. Everything disappears. I can't download apps like Netflix and etc. I can't even see the them on market.

    Other thing, my internet explorer always shows the security certificate error when I'm trying to browse the web.



    Also, I bought game on the microsoft store and I can't find it on my xbox 360 on the same account.

    Sorry to hear it. This may be due to a corruption in your account. Please try going into the console settings and delete your gamertag then use your password/email to redownload it it
    Thanks for the answer. I tried what you said. When I signed out, the menu was with all the functions I mentioned (apps, movies, music), but when I redownloaded my account information, everything again back to the same menu without apps and other functions.
    Maybe I have to hard reset the console, or write ticket to xbox stuff? I don't really know where to start fixing :(

    Is GTAV crashing for anyone?

    I finished the game over the course of a couple days and had no crashes at all. I played on both a new XBOX360 and one of my old ones and had no problems. Though I did experience the dissapearing car bug several times.
