    Several of my games on Xbox Game Pass won’t open/don’t work.


    I just now downloaded Hellblade for my PC, and when I try to open the game, a window pops up and either instantly closes or displays a message saying “This app can’t open. Check the Windows Store” This same error has happened to me with other titles, such as Astroneer and We Happy Few. Both these games used to work perfectly, and then one day just wouldn’t open.

    Before you guys ask:

    -My subscription is active and working with all other games

    -The minimum requirements for Hellblade, We Happy Few, and Astroneer are all met by my PC (again, WHF and Astroneer used to work fine)

    -My OS and other software is fully updated (to my knowledge)

    I’ve reached out to chats for this issue but no one has been able to help, so I’m hoping I’m a bit luckier here. I’m aware the Xbox app is on a beta stage but it’s been months since this issue has started. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

    I don’t understand they both have their own game pass and can play other games online it’s only Minecraft that won’t work. They can host games and invite others they just can’t join their friends games

    I did answer the question, I can’t test the second device if it will connect to Xbox live because I don’t have game pass on the device yet. The problem Xbox has game pass and won’t connect.

    Hey Ricardo, it’s just one game (rainbow six siege) that won’t let me play, all my other games I can play, online as well which means my gold still works and my buddy who bought the one game(rainbow six) he can still play it on his console. But since I bought the game pass it the Xbox thinks I don’t have rainbow six and I’ve been playing it for 2-3 years, now after game pass running out it won’t let me play
