Several games I have gotten on this account show up as content not available

I have gotten alot of games on my profile that were free with gold but several that i wanted to redownload show as content not available some of these games i have purchased others where free but now i cant download any them without buying them again is
there any way to get them back or have i just been robbed?

You may have gotten lucky on some content, but you shouldn't be able to download any content that is region locked. The marketplace on your console will show you exactly what is available for you to download. If you can't find the game there, then it means
it's not available in your region.

 

Haven't received Xbox E3 MixPot rewards yet

I have yet to see any of the rewards show up on my account. Confirmed I had linked the accounts and signed up correctly last Monday, and watched several hours of E3 videos over the course of the week, but still haven't gotten word of anything.

 

Where are you seeing the error that content is not available? I'd recommend reviewing your Order History at
account.microsoft.com under Payments & Billing > Order History. Were these items Games with Gold, or are they other redemptions? I'm just trying to determine if these titles are Game
Pass games that have been removed, or free play weekend items, etc. You might also want to verify your subscriptions are still active at
account.microsoft.com under Services & Subscriptions, if they are Games with Gold and the subscriptions lapsed, then those Xbox One titles will be unavailable until Gold subscription
is renewed, and the order history does not denote those redemptions.

Please make sure you own Xbox live gold and that those games are available with

Games with Gold.

There are times when games are taken down from the store by the developer and may not be available.

What have you tried so far as troubleshooting?

Have you tried to remove and re-add the account?
How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One

If some of the games were Xbox One games that were obtained as part of the Games With Gold program then these titles will only be available for you to play whilst you have an active Xbox Live Gold membership, unless you have purchased the full version of
the game.

 

The error was in downloadable history about four games i got with gold and about 2 were paid for

 

Not worried about that these are all 360 games

 

I have downloaded this account on 4 to five consoles and the games didnt show up once they only showed as content not available

It would be best to ensure that the account that owns all/any content is signed in.

Would this issue be present on an Xbox 360 console? If so, it would be best to
View your Xbox Live download history on your computer or Xbox 360 console. Any games bought/accessed on the account can be redownloaded
from this section.

Thanks for reaching out to us! If the entitlements were on the profile then it is possible to redownload the games that were free with the "Games with Gold". If the
entitlements were not on that profile, they might be on a different account. Please check any other accounts. Otherwise, it will just ask for the games to be purchased this time around.
