Several Different Issues With Twitch Recently

So for me, Twitch streaming is one of the things that has really made me feel like I got my monies worth upgrading to an Xbox One in mid 2014. Since I got it, I've done 2 entire full Let's Plays (uploading each archived broadcast from desktop Twitch) and
aside from one small hiccup that I don't really think was Xbox's fault, everything went smooth. Recently however...

Sometimes the autozoom on the facecam will refuse to work and just stare at the far top left corner of my room.

My friends aren't always getting notifications when I broadcast ( I have friends that are subscribed to my twitch account). It's not like I've been doing 10 broadcasts a day or anything, just like one every couple of days.

My friend who doesn't have an Xbox One yet likes to watch my stream and so sometimes I'll text him when I'm streaming since the above problem keeps him from getting notifications. Even though he's subscribed to me on Twitch, sometimes by broadcast just doesn't
appear. Seemingly to anyone. I'll have 0 watchers and he'll be trying to find my broadcast and going to my profile and it's just not their. I mean I rarely have many watchers aside from my friends anyway but when even my friends who are subscribers can't see
my broadcast, there is something major wrong.

A couple weeks ago I broadcasted IDARB. Since then I have barely touched the game and only done broadcasts for Battlefield: Hardline Beta, Master Chief Collection, and Diablo 3. People have been telling me that it says I'm playing IDARB on my Twitch Stream
while I'm playing these games. Why?

I can't trust the audience counter because often it will say 0 even when my friend is watching or even when a stranger is typing things in the chat.

I don't mean to sound like I'm whining but all of these things combined are sincerely making Twitch on Xbox One feel like it's not quite worth it which is a shame. I would just like to make sure that it's brought to whoever's attention that it needs to be
brought to in order to hopefully have some if not all of these issues fixed in updates in the near future.

Unfortunately you'll want to consider reaching out to the
Online Service Center to explore having your console repaired or replaced. I know it's not ideal, but from the issues you're describing, that is not normal behavior for an Xbox One.

Several issues

1. Xbox one will not recognize controllers. Have to turn on and off xbox a couple time to get it to work.

2. Kinect mic does not work. I have went into the settings a re did them and even had a tech savvy friend do it as well and did not work.

3. Disc player will not always read games or movies

4. Will not always read what is plugged into the back of it. I.E. TV cable

5. Today it would not even come on until I had to power it off and on a couple times. The powerlight was on but no picture.

Everything is up to date. We have had minor problems since we got it few years ago, but havecompounded greatly since then.
