Setup to play online with kids on 2 Xbox Ones

How must I setup our accounts and Xbox Live Gold subscriptions so that we can play online together on our 2 consoles (and be able to sign in to either console)?

Background: I recently began playing Elder Scrolls Online on our Xbox One S. We also setup my son so that he can play as well. We created a child Microsoft account, adjusted his settings to allows for multiplayer games, and everything works fine. However,
we would like to be able to play the game together, so we are buying a second console and second copy of the game. There are also a couple of online games that my son and daughter would like to play together, but we haven't created her child account yet.

I'm trying to figure out how to setup our accounts and Xbox Live Gold so that any 2 of us can play online and we don't have to worry about which console each of us are on. As I understand it, this will require 2 Xbox Live Gold subscriptions. It would be
possible to setup 1 Home console that any of us could use and have Gold, but the other console would only have Gold if I signed into it. So I don't think leveraging the selection of one console as Home is going to help.

I also believe that its possible to add a subscription to my son's account (2nd sub), but I'm not sure if my daughter would be able to use Gold on that console, since she's a child under my account and not my son's. I should also stress that I want to keep
both of them on child accounts because of the parental controls and activity reporting.

1) You can't assume every kid wants 3D, and 2) Kids aren't the only ones that play on Xbox. They certainly aren't the ones buying the consoles.

Digital Vs. Physical

Disk / 2xbox ones = 2 disks so my kids can play with me = double the price

Digital / 2xbox Ones = 1 copy of game downloaded on 2 xbox's = 2 for 1 deal

You can set one Xbox as Home (this will have the games on) then you can sign in with another account to play the games.

On the other box you would need to be logged on with the account with the games to play them.

You would not be able to jump between the Xboxs as then you would not then be sharing.

This is referred to as Game Sharing.

I'm fairly certain I will need 2 Gold subs.

The question is how I should setup those subs with the child accounts to allow for all users on each console to play online. Essentially I need to set 2 consoles as Home (one for each Gold sub), but I'm not sure how to do that with the child accounts.

So if I am logged into xbox one #2, can one of the kids play online using their account as long as I am also logged in?

This is the setup I have for my household and it works just fine.

1. My kids have their own accounts that are tied to my Family

2. The Xbox in the Living room is setup with all of our profiles and is setup as my Home Xbox.

3. The Xbox in the Den just has my profile on it.

When I purchase digital games I use my Account, This will allow the kids to have access to the digital library on the Home Xbox in the living room. They can play these games and use the Online features from my Xbox Live Gold account on the Home Xbox without
me needing to sign in.

I can then log into my Xbox in the Den. I can also Play my games and get online at the same time. We are also able to play the same games at the same time. We do this a lot with Star wars Battlefront and Plants Vs. Zombies Garden warfare 2. This only
works with Digital Purchases, if you buy a physical Copy then you will need to buy multiple copies of the game.

This setup only works with 2 Xboxs and is designed to be used only in the same household. We have a 3rd Xbox in the house, but there isn't a way for all 3 to be used at the same time with a Single Gold account.
