    Bought this for my son's 11th bday. He waited all year for it. Setup was a nightmare. Would not take my msn account which I've had for 20 years! Would not allow us to create a new account. Star Wars took 3 hours to load. Pretty much ruined my son's birthday.
    Thanks Microsoft! Never again.

    MS ruined my Birthday this year..

    My birthday is 18 th. Now they put the X1 out, a few days later. That just means all my presents will feel inferior, as I can not get my X1 for 4 more days. I am more excited about the 22nd damn it. Grrr. Thanks MS you ruined my birthday Setup is a nightmare! Ruined my son's birthday. Thank you Microsoft! :)

    Transfer of account and age restriction

    My husband would like to take over our son's account. The problem is that our son has a child account, and thus restrictions. Is there any way we can get the child account upgraded? We tried to put in my husband's birthday into the microsoft account info,
    but it doesn't change the xbox account. We basically don't want to have to buy yet another xbox live subscription when my son's is valid for another 6 months or so! Thank you for any info.
