Setup Halo 5 for Multiplayer

Hi,

I live in the Philippines (location might be relevant to the issue) and I'm trying to set things up to play Halo 5 MP on Xbox One but I can't seem to get a definite answer even from support.

So, several thing:

• I'm using an Aztech DSL5018EN wireless router. I've been instructed by Xbox support to open up some ports so I did a little basic tweaking and opened those ports but the main menu on the game still has the multiplayer option off. At the bottom of the screen
  it shows an icon saying "Offline" as well.
• I've noticed that my IP address on the console is different from what I got from my ISP support.
  
• I've done some of the instructions Xbox has on the support page regarding my NAT status and yesterday, while I was doing it, I got the console to set it for "Open" but today it's back to strict and I cant switch it back over.
  

Anybody able to help me out with this?

Sorry you're having issues with your Xbox NAT. Based on your question, I'm assuming the Xbox has internet access, and you're just suffering from a strict NAT. If that is the case, did you go into your firewall and do some port forwarding? If you did do this,
and the Xbox IP has changed, then it's very possible that you're forwarding the ports to the wrong IP. First, try doing a detailed network connection test by

following this link. Check the IP address and ensure it's the same on in the port forwarding. If it's not, then you may want to set a static IP. Also follow this
link for NAT issues, and follow all the steps listed, if the IP is not the problem.
