Settings reset issue

I suggest when you get to the portion "Where should we send the code." Click on I don't have access to any of these, and proceed with the

Account Recovery Form.

Sorry, Something that I forgot tp further clarify was that the outdated email I mentioned earlier was an incorrect email that was accidentally put in the account, but was quickly changed years ago, so I do not have access to the outdated email nor could
I find or remember its password, Any methods on how to change the email without having to access it, would be very helpful thanks,
