Settings/Microsoft Family Safety

Recently I've been having trouble hearing other players who aren't my friends on games like sea of thieves.

I go to change my settings but it says I am in a family group. I go to remove myself from the group but whenever I do remove myself it adds me back to a new family.

I want to be able to change the safety settings. Any help would be good because it ruins the experience for some games.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that if you’re still a minor you will not be able to remove yourself from the family group nor manage your settings, you will be needing the organizer to do it for you.

You can ask them to sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings using their account then manage your settings.
