Discus and support Settings issues in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Anybody have this? On my Xbox one slim, Trying to add new payment info, it auto fills my address but with an old one, I try to move the cursor around...     Anybody have this? On my Xbox one slim, Trying to add new payment info, it auto fills my address but with an old one, I try to move the cursor around to delete it, no deal, doesn't work, cant delete anything, so of course it wont accept my incorrect info.
    EXTREMLEY frustrating. I was able to pull it up on my phone and do it, so kinda no big deal, but on the other hand, come on really? A pretty basic function to be able to move the cursor around, and yet the wonder that is microsoft failed spectacularly.

    Yup, mine was always like that before being near always connected to live. Even before updates.

    Every time?

    Make sure your hard drive is connected properly. Detatch it and then reconnect.

    Good luck.

    How detatch a 360 hard drive.

    And as TroHAM mentioned, don't unplug the console.

    The xbox doesn't have an internal battery, so it will loose the time settings if you unplug it. Should correct itself once you connect to xbox live. If it doesn't, I suggest you check your region settings. Hope this will help:)

    Problem seems to be fixed,i found a thread on refreshing your console and after reading it i found i had a lot of partial downloads on my hard drive including some from recent update,so i deleted all partial downloads and cleared my cache,i don't now if
    this could cause the problem but my clock has not reset after refreshing my console.
