    Settings doesn't work


    Okay so I just bought a brand new Xbox One S last week and right from the get go I've been having tonnes of issues. The biggest of these issues is the fact that I can't play any downloaded games on my account. Anytime I try to launch Forza Horizon 3 (and
    E rated game) I am prompted with a "Choose Who Will Give Permission" error. I logged into the parent account and still have no solutions. I try changing the settings in family, but they can load for 5+ minutes without any results. I can play games on disks
    on another account I made, but I lose my Gold subscription and all my downloaded games. I talked to Xbox support agents on the phone on multiple occasions and even had my console replaced. At this point, I really feel that Xbox should provide me with new codes
    for my games, because I paid full value for them, yet are unable to ever play them. Am I crazy? Is there anything I can do about this problem?

    I think since last update Jigsaw stopped working. Only empty screen. Where are my progresses and downloaded puzzles gone ? Can I uninstall and reinstall the game without lossing my achievements and all the stuff ?

    This feature is new, I also had the same problem on my console. I believe it should soon work as expected.

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on
    both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Cannot broadcast using GameBar

    PROBLEM SOLVED! I just went into Settings, Apps, found GameBar, go to Advanced Settings, and press Repair. That worked for me. I'm assuming if that doesn't work to reset the app, and then if that doesn't work go with other solutions.
