Hi I'm at work at the moment so I tell you what I can, I live in England, 1 Xbox one wired connection, I've tried resetting the Xbox and router, Nat is open I did notice it go to moderate but it's back to open, isp is 'sky' fibre unlimited, I get the same
message each time when joining a party 'network settings blocking party chat there is a code but not sure what is till I get home sorry

Hey there! There are some thing you can do to make sure you have the best experience on Xbox Live!

If you need help with this setup, refer to your router documentation.

1) Be hard wired. WiFi adds to latency, packet loss, etc. Being connected directly through an ethernet cable is going to work best.

2) Make sure you have set up a reserved IP address in your router for your Xbox console. (static address)

3) Set up the port forwarding for Xbox Live (pointed at the static address you assigned to your console in the previous step):

• Port 88 (UDP)
• Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
• Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
• Port 80 (TCP)
• Port 500 (UDP)
• Port 3544 (UDP)
• Port 4500 (UDP)

4) ENJOY!

*NOTE* Additionally, you can add your Xbox console to the DMZ of your router, that way your Xbox traffic isn't being filtered out by your router's firewall.

You'll also want to be sure that anyone you want to play with has done these steps as well. That will ensure the best chance of success!
