Setting up XBOX one, stuck in age verification

Unfortunately you are stuck. Their is no fix to get around the age verification. As already stated, once you set the age when creating an Xbox account, that age has to naturally propagate to adult 18 (20 in Korea and Japan)

privacy and Online safety settings on the Xbox One.

If the issue persists, try filling out the
Age verification form.
You can submit proof of age by filling out the Age
verification Request. After submitting this form, you’ll receive
confirmation and follow-up emails. Instructions on how you can monitor the status of your request will be included. Please do not submit multiple requests. You can expect an email response within
3 days.

I believe this link down below may resolve this issue. Child accounts are restricted from specific actions on the accounts due to age settings, even if the age is changed from a young age to a more grown up age. The system still has a register for the Original
age it was made with. If the age is an adult, but is not registering it please use the link below to verify the age settings.
