Setting up different profiles

    How do I set up different profiles on the Xbox One? I have 2 sons and each will need his own profile. Thanks,

    At the top of the Xbox One screen there is a profile picture with a dropdown arrow. Select this, then click Add New and follow the steps to set up a new profile. If you have any other questions or concerns please let us know. Thank you,

    Hey Baton, sorry to hear about the confusion between the two profiles! Okay, all you should need to do is log into the account you want to keep, and then press the guide button and select 'connect to Xbox LIVE.' At that point, you should be prompted with
    steps to join the service. :) If you have any questions after that point, please do let us know!
