Setting up Cloud Gaming on Samsung TV

This about the new app for running Cloud Gaming right on the Samsung TV. On the TV, you click on Sign in. It tells you to go to https://www.xbox.com/tvsignin but that page gives a 404 error and won't come up. You cannot just sign-in using your credentials on the TV, you have to go to that link and enter a special code... But the page doesn't come up!!

There's also a QR code so you can try on your phone, but that doesn't work either.

My guy you need to work on your reading comprehension. In your post you say that you can't access https://www.xbox.com/tvsignin, but in your screenshot you've gone to https://www.xbox.com/tvsignup. The icing on the cake is that the instructions point you to neither of those. It's supposed to be https://www.xbox.com/tvsetup.

Just to confirm you are on a 2022 year model TV right? It won’t work with earlier ones

I am not sure about the O.P. but I am having the same problem and I do have a Samsung 2022 smart tv and am in a participating region.

When accessing the link the page is not found.

Did you subscribe to Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate?
Confirm it on https://account.microsoft.com/services

Please note the Smart TV only uses Cloud Gaming which requires the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Be sure to check the device requirements below:

The Xbox cloud gaming app currently runs on 2021 and newer Samsung smart TV models with software version 1300 or higher. To check your software version, press the Home button on your TV's remote and select Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. The current version is listed on the right side of the window.
To verify that your Samsung TV supports the Xbox app, go to your TV's app store and then enter xbox in the search box. If you see the Xbox app, your TV will support cloud gaming with Xbox.

Hi Kaissa,

As explained above, keyboard and mouse unfortunately isn’t compatible with Cloud gaming at the moment. There are various controllers that are supported, though.
