Setting up an Xbox when already have two in house

Hi some advice needed. Prior to Xmas we had an Xbox One in my son’s room that only he used and in the lounge we had and Xbox One S that me and my daughter used (each have our own log in). My son got a series X for Xmas so we plan to move his old One into
her room. Questions I have are:

- How do I set up his Xbox for her, my own thought is that I could do absolutely nothing other than take off his games and just get her to log in on it?

- Assuming I do my method how will she get (she literally only plays Sims, Roblox and Minecraft) her games and expansions packs etc that she plays on the One S in the lounge onto this device we’ve moved from her brothers room?

- My son has Xbox Live Gold (or whatever it’s known as now) will we still be able to share all games and services across all three devices?

We are set up as a family on Xbox online, but under devices I can only see the One and the One S, no series X which I thought was strange?

You would just sign him out of the console and sign her into the console. Anything purchased on her account and games saves are tied to her account. Games can just be redownloaded through Games and Apps and saves will resync when the games start.

You can only share gold/games on 1 console. So it wouldn't be possible to share your son's gold across all 3 consoles, but he could set either the console your daughter will be using or the one you will be using as his Home in order to share his gold, but
you would need at least 1 more subscription for the third console.

I dont know how to access my modem settings. You see, when I moved into my stepdads house with my mom, it was already set up.

Well considering how much i have spent on xbox and the two concoles in my house they need not to hang up on me when i call the hotline way to lose customers that way. And two if your not an agent your comments are usless to me

I have a profile on the xbox and played for a couple of days and now have gold and achievements. When I tried to sign up for an xbox live account it wouldn't let me. It takes me back to the profile page where the other two people in the house have profiles.
my wife was able to set a an account online, but it still won't let me sign in, what can I do?

Yes, I have it set up for Auto Pay - have made two payments on it already.
