Setting Screen Time Limits for kids

Hi All,

I just created a family account and an account for my son. I want to set up screen time limits for him which would limit him to 45 mins a day during the week and 2 hours on the weekends. However, I want him to be able to log in at any time and not be limited
to specific times during the day. Is this possible?

I would create a child account for your child to prevent against unwanted charges, setting communications rules, changes to your adult account and other safety concerns for children playing online. I've read so many stories of kids charging in game purchases
to parents accounts draining their income and kids getting bullied online by strangers. You might start with this helpful Xbox Support page on Family and Online Safety.

Here's a link to the family settings page to see if it has any hints or tips it should however be possible to set up a sub account as a child & use the time limiting features that way.
