    Hi, I have set time restrictions for my child eg 4 hours per day to be used as he decides. The issue is that if he plays for an hour and sign out , the time continues to run down even when he’s not on it. So instead of there being the balance of time available
    when he goes back on, it’s all used up.?? This has only started to happen-worked fine previously. Any advice appreciated. Cheers

    You should call customer service he's not going to the settings and go to account management

    Hey Dan thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us!

    We have seen this before and it seems to stem from an error on the account itself but don't worry we can try some troubleshooting in order to get this figured out! First things first we suggest

    Removing and Re-adding     the account (the child account) to the console. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
