set home not working when offline

Set the console to offline and enjoy single player, works for me

Assuming he is on his "home" console. I have two friends doing the "Set mine to home and I'll set yours to home" sharing feature; when X Box Live is down or they're having problems with their internet...they can't play.

All my games, disc and digital, work offline by using the "Go Offline" feature mentioned by Farscape247; you can find it in "settings".

You need to have your console set as home console when wanting to use digital purchases offline. That's the way digital rights management is realised on the system. If you are wanting to play your games offline on a console not set add home console it will
not work at all.

Have you set that as your home xbox ? If you do That it should work when you dont have internet or when you switch your xbox into offline mode

Try to open the game with your console in offline mode If your profile is set as home console. If It works its a problem when You try to open the game when you're online

It is set to home. I have tested it and it doesn't work. When i switch on the xbox and attempt to log in offline, it tells me i need to be online in order to then select go offline. I can't go online, as there is no wifi or roaming signal.
