    Help me please (i'm french)

    I'm not feeling well to Use Forum !

    Can someone (Xbox One - Support) answer me on my Email : *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    My Xbox profile his : with my Dad email.

    This week-end I went to my friends house and we set my account on his Xbox (Home on his console) !

    But when I return at my House I set my Console Home again !

    This morning he log-in on my profile (Log Auto) because he wasn't able to play his game with his profile and he Reset the home without my agreement !

    You Know whats my trouble now ! I can't get my (Profile Home Console BACK = PHCB) cause we only 3 chance per year !

    Can Xbox support help me with this **** ! I want to get my PHCB at my place !

    Thx allot if you can DO something quickly to help me with that trouble !!

    I have a similar issue where I logged into my roommates Xbox set as home then when I went back on mine I was past my 3 limit is there a way to set it as home back on his?

    Help me fix my game (ark)

    You can press and hold Power Button for 10 seconds and wait 2 minutes then turn Xbox on again, after this You can set your profile as home again, set another console as your home console and back to other console to set It as your home console again

    All you need to do is go back to your settings and set the system you want back to the Home Xbox. You can do this (Setting a Home Xbox) three times a year.

    Home Console: "Can't save changes" problem

    It may be a case of setting the offending gamertag back on that console to swap over the home settings back.

    If you want to set your Xbox back to your home xbox: Go to your settings -> personalization -> My Home Xbox, and then select the prompt to set it as such.

    If you wanna set his Xbox as your home Xbox, sign into his account first, and do the steps again. Vise Versa if he wants to set your xbox as his home Xbox.

    0/5 Home Xbox switches when I haven’t switched in years

    Update

    Alright I don't know how or why but this is what I did.

    Went to home (from settings/ my home xbox)

    Closed/quit settings from options menu

    Went back to settings/ personalisation/ home xbox

    Went to learn more

    Went to Number of Switches/ learn more

    Read through/ opened all the Home Xbox topics

    Selected 'No' under "did this resolve your issue" and hit B to go back

    Now back at "number of Switches" pressed left over to settings next to learn more (where I just was)

    Navigated back to personalization/ home Xbox

    After a little buffering it showed the options and the box for make this my home Xbox was checked and it said I had 5/5, I hit the Xbox Button on the controller to get back to the home screen.

    Went to try the game and it worked...

    I'm at a loss on this but I'm happy

    Go try this now

    Microsoft... I've got my eye on you..
