Services Xbox Live and console

Dear Microsoft.

I am your customer when it comes to the Xbox and Xbox Live account for more than 8 years. During all this time I still had virtually subscribed to Xbox Live Gold. Unfortunately, I regret to say that the quality of Xbox Live is getting worse. Terribly irritates
me when the place for something I often fails. I sit down after work using a pair of free (I do not have a lot of them), and moments before the console and starting to get upset that I can not play, recently even log in to your account Live. Or I have to combine
with rearranging regions in the console and resetami to talk with friends and chat through the headphones, you would not want to work. I have the impression that the more updates and Windows 10 on Xbox One the worse the quality of your service. I see your
beautiful dialogues and promotion of new features, telling what a wonderful device like. But please, take care of basic functions such as play, chat not to lose customers and give 100% satisfaction.

Xbox One Year-In Review

I'd agree with you if the service wasn't required or there were different providers. However, this isn't a cell phone, where you can get a certain model through different service providers. Thus a device review shouldn't include a review of a particular service. Xbox Live is a required service that is a part of the console. Achievements, friends, party chat, etc. etc. are a vital part of the system and are required to have Xbox Live. You say it should be a review of the hardware and UI, but the problem there is that a lot of the UI requires Xbox Live.

 

Can I Access Hulu, etc., Without XBox LIVE Paid Service?

I plan to use an XBox 360 S Console to access streaming videos, via a wireless router hooked to a cable modem...

Can I access free services like Hulu (not Hulu Plus) thru the XBox, without having to sign up for the XBox LIVE paid
subscription service?

 

You say you have to keep changing regions or something,why is that ?

Your account,billing & actual region/location must all be the same otherwise you will have problems.

If the country you live in is not a xbox live supported country then you will also have many issues.

Not having any problems myself & it's difficult to suggest anything as you don't say what the actual problem is.
