Hi,so when I am playing my Xbox or am just on it if I’m playing a game my character stops and everyone else runs in place or runs forward and I go to my friends and it won’t show there name gamer pic and what game there on wont be there and i go to my
network and im connected but it says services unavalible.I reconnect and i go bact to being good but a little while later it happens again.What should I do?

Are you playing on Xbox One or Xbox 360 and what sort of troubleshooting steps have you tried to far to fix it?

Hello try running a power cycle on your console. Turn your console off and unplug it for 60 seconds. Reconnect it and turn it back on and see if that fixes the offline error.
