Services not fully restored after a 7 day communications suspension

My account was subject to a 7 day communications ban, which ended on Tuesday November 17th. However, people are still unable to hear me in party chat or in game chat. What is extremely frustrating is that I have called for support twice, and both times the
representative has hung up on me. The nature of the conversation was very polite. Where is the accountability? They end the call simply because they are stumped? Thus forcing me to restart from the beginning with another representative only to be hung up on
a second time? I would sincerely appreciate it if someone could kindly review my account and assist me in a resolution. Thank you.

Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

Nobody here works for MS or has the ability to look at your case. All you can do is continue to call in or ask for a case review at the below link and hope they fix it and respond to you.

Thanks for the heads up...unfortunately that link will only work for ACTIVE suspensions. They will not respond to any issues post suspension, such as this.

 

If that's true, all you can do is call in.
