Services et abonnements innacessibles

Depuis plus d'un mois, la page "Services et abonnements" me dit qu'une erreur c'est produite de leur côté et qu'il me suffit d'attendre un peu (voici le message en question: "Un problème est survenu de notre côté, et nous ne pouvons pas afficher l’ensemble
des données pour le moment. Il est parfois utile d’attendre un peu.").

Disons que cela commence devenir embêtant et tant donné que je ne peux pas régler mon abonnement xbox live gold impayé ou annuler un autre abonnement.

Etant donné que je ne sais plus quoi faire, est-il possible de régler mon problème?

https://account.microsoft.com et cliquer sur le lien services et abonnements pour les annuler.

Nous somme sur une console reserver au 18 ans et + ou la violence et les mot grossier dans les jeux sont bien presente . Je suis bannie 2 semaine pour un ' **** ' envoyer a un joueur qui respawn kill toute une partie de WW2 . Je paye un abonnement et vous
bloquer l'acces au service qui me sont neccessaire pour jouer . Des poursuite judiciaire sont envisagable . merci
