Services all running properly. Not at all

So the website says all services are up and running but it's not changed at all for myself. Still cannot download apps that have disappeared and cannot update anything. Tried to do a 589.08MB for Fortnite but it has froze on 20.1% and not changed for an
hour. Any info?

Sorry to hear about this issue, it's possible that a power cycle might fix the issue.

Even though the Xbox Live status page says everything is fixed now, there might still be a few people dealing with issues, hopefully those issues won't persist for very long.

You may also want to try clearing the MAC address or doing a factory reset keeping games and apps.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, first things first we suggest clearing out the consoles caches after the Service Alert we had yesterday and today.

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

Clear Local Saved Games

Yes and Restart

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Clear and restart

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these
steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.

well the Elite service still isnt running 100% for all users on all platforms either....you do have to ask why MS doesnt demand that the online of games is properly tested before release date
