I, along with many others have gotten this code. Can’t sign in. Hard rebooting does nothing. How tf do you give an error a code and then give literally no support on this code!? Your support code search shows nothing about this, this is your typical Microsoft

Grrrrrrrr Microsoft Cust Service

I had a faulty pad (down on the dpad did not click and was unreliable). Phoned up game and they had a returned day one console (faulty drive) and they just swapped the pad straight over. I think, they would have offered to replace with new (non day one )handset if they didn't have the faulty returned xbox one.
