    Service unavailable when I sign into my account


    When I am on my xbox one and try to sign in, it says the service is unavailable and my region is unavailable.

    'You appear to be in a region where this service is not available. (0x80a40401)'

    I have restarted my xbox a few times but it won't change and when I went into the account settings to set the location to the UK, incase it wasnt already, it wouldn't let me.

    Are you in PC or console? Try to connect to a different network like a mobile hotspot and see.

    It wont let me log into the xbox website but my location on the console is UK and it was bought from UK over 6 years ago.
