Service Unavailable Error (0x80a40401) Yet I live in England

I was able to help someone in the same region that encounter the same error, it turns out their Internet Service Provider made changes that causes it.

Let's try some steps, do you have a different network connection that we can try to use such as a mobile hotspot to test it out?

No idea what you are trying to do, sorry that feature seems to be unavailable in your region.

I did all the methods above and non of them were useful. And in the last method the same error ( 0x80a40401 ) prevented me from re-downloading my account

Same problem here. I also live in germany and I tried several times to access my account and play a new game I just bought. Same error notification pops up no matter which account I try to login with.
