    So...

    The forums are an extension, and thus a part of, the Xbox LIVE service. The Terms of Use and Code of Conduct applies to the entire service (including it's extensions). Breaking these agreements while using any part of our Xbox LIVE service is subject to
    enforcement action. When users are suspended from Xbox LIVE they are also suspended from the forums, thus this situation is treated the same.

    Hello,

    Actually you can only call the xbox phone support and ask them to cancel your xbox live gold subscription.

    At the moment there's no way to suspend it, you can only cancel it by calling the phone support.
