    Hi to All,

    Looking for some answer. My XboxOne X (PS) get faulty so I post it to a repare/service centre at Frankfurt (Germany) as instructed by Microsoft. Console was registered under my name under my account so I was able to see/trace service status BUT since item
    was delivered (I believe) registered console wanish/disappear from my account like never exist and I dont know what happened next? Any one maybe know if this is normal, standard procedure? or what is going on???

    Please advice all answers are welcome,

    Ummmmmm about Project Scorpio you really should of kept as Xbox Scorpio or just Scorpio instead of Xbox 1 X because there is already a Xbox 1 and a Xbox 1 S

    Hi, it could be they're sending a different console back in which case the old details will be exchanged for those of the new Xbox once they send it back to you.

    project Scorpio is an Xbox one X, and it is not compatible with series games.

    I believe it was "Xbox" or whatever the deafault was for the Xbox One X Scorpio Edition, but then I changed it to Project Scorpio.
