Service status issues

I understand there is service issue well I have xbox call me and they tell me to check the status online. So I do and the only two games listed affected are FIFA and Gears 4. So not only did I get the run around but I still have no clue why I can't get on
the game when I have buddy who lives 10 minutes away and digitally downloaded the game and can get on. So WTH xbox

Xbox One Account Errors affecting Games

When it comes to service alerts. They can randomly effect different users in different ways. Unfortunately, even though you see it as just 2 games, the reality is it's a lot more and you'll just have to be patient.

after getting a call back a 2nd time the game worked and the gentleman on the phone was much more helpful although I'm sure it was just time that fixed the issue but I was much happier with the customer service I received. He was much more helpful

That's a strange one, although I've had issues with the support pages on Xbox.com too.

If I was you I'd give support a call, as they should be able to tell you the status of your repair, plus you can let them know about the website issue. As most of the forum sections here are regular users helping other users, I'm not sure you'll get another
solution to this.

Did you check the Xbox Live Service Status?

I know several days ago, the service status site was reporting that there were sign-in issues, and I couldn't sign in on the Xbox website, but I was able to sign in on the Microsoft website.

Try signing in when xbox.com/status reports that all is well to be sure it's not simply a service status issue.
