Service return

We have an Xbox one console that is being returned under warranty. I have created a service number and printed the label , parcelled it all up and its ready to go.

Only trouble is it says I will receive an email telling me how to send it. Whether I have to drop it off somewhere or if it is collected by UPS.

No email and a support 'chat' only produced misunderstanding. If someone from support could tell me what happens next i would be grateful.

Just to make it clear. I have registered it, received a service number, printed out the return label sent by Microsoft and parcelled it all up .

HOW DO I GET IT TO UPS YOUR CARRIER so its starts its way back to you?

If you have only just purchased the console then I would expect the seller to sort this for you and to me it sounds like they knew there was an issue with the console prior to selling it. If you check the
device service and repair website you may be able to reprint the service order or alternately try contacting the
Xbox Support team directly and they should be able to help with this.

Hi, I bought my Xbox one X yesterday et she is broke, i talk with a saler and he said microsoft can send a new xbox during the time of reparation of my device, i aready created a order and i did'nt see this service, can you help me were i can find this service

I have the same problem. Did you find out what happens next?

So far I have registered the return service, printed out the return label... I assume I have to package my controller in a box and attach the label, but what happens? Did UPS come and pick it up or did you have to go take it somewhere?

Hi Edgar,

You have to look up your local UPS drop off and take it there.

Got to say it all worked very well once it was in the system.

Make sure you get the sending receipt so you can track it.
