    I recently discovered that my Xbox controller was having some technical issues so I filled out a service request for it and they gave me a shipping label along with a service number. It says on the email that they sent me that if The item is not received
    by July 6 that they will cancel my service order and the shipping label will no longer be valid. Due to personal matters I was not able to ship the package out until today. I checked the UPS website tracking and it said that the package would arrive on the
    same day that Microsoft said they would cancel the service order and the shipping label. I called Microsoft support and they told me that as long as it arrives on the same day and not after it then I should be fine but I’m still a little bit worried. Should
    I be worried about losing my controller?

    Enough of all this stuff, none of you are profesionals. I will wait the 4 weeks and if I don't have nothing by that time I will take it further up. Thanks for all the suggestions, I just stop believing in xbox and it's employees, customer service is something
    they need to work on and probably do more training on how to answer questions the right way.

    Not sure how it works in other countries but here in the U.K. the shipping label is emailed to the address linked to your account,have you checked your junk folders on your email account?

    If you don't have the label you would need to contact support again.

    Also,please do not post reference numbers on the forums.
