    I been having an issue about a advertisement. i purchase the gold subscription for one year, and the advertisement was that if I purchase any of the gold subscriptions, I would get a gift card of $15 for the one year subscription. And I spoke to several
    xbox support experts and i was advised that it could take 24hrs for me to receive the gift card on my email. Is been far more than 48hrs And yet no issue was resolve, I keep being told to write posta and to wait.

    Not sure how it works in other countries but here in the U.K. the shipping label is emailed to the address linked to your account,have you checked your junk folders on your email account?

    If you don't have the label you would need to contact support again.

    Also,please do not post reference numbers on the forums.

    Has anyone actually ever been able to get a service request because this website and the additional support systems are the worst I have ever seen. After not being able to print the label required for postage I finally managed to get through to an online
    support live chat where the person on the other end has now managed to unregister my xbox one from the support centre so I can no longer request a service. I have been trying to find a contact phone number that seems not to exist, and therefore have resulted
    to posting on here to see if anyone has any advice?

  5. Yes I been checking my email, junk and spam even deleted emails just In case it was deleted. But no last email I received was the confirmation for the purchase on the subscription.

    Ok when you bought the subscription did you use a creditcard or bank card or paypal?

    If none of. Thoae that would be why

    You need to purchaze a subscription

    Prepaid codes dont count as biying the dashboard deal and it takes 4-8 weekz before any promotions to be paid out

  7. I actually use a credit card to pay for the subscription. Ok so taking In mind this information, this means I would have to wait now 4-8 weeks and not 24 to 48 hours like I was told on chat support?

    Phone and chat support do not have information concerning promotions. That particular offer does state in the terms that you should get the credits in 4 weeks.

  9. So now your telling me that, chat support is miss leading customers on advertisements? I mean do you know that is making microsoft and xbox look bad on how they go from knowing and helping people? I mean here I'm listening to customer service, believing
    that I am speaking to professionals. And now I feel like this is just a zoo of people that don't know anything and will say whatever to get customers off their backs. Tell me if I'm wrong for feeling that way. I feel like I'm just being played, so this company
    takes advantage of us.

    Communication between the different forms of support has always been horrible. Phone and chat support typically send people to the forums with incorrect information.

    For future reference, with offers like that, the terms and conditions are listed on the screen below the screen before you make the purchase.

    Support rarely knows of offers on the dashvoard you are comtacting the wrong support if you are

    Promitions is under another division of either xbox rewards like this forum or eprize depending on the type of promotion

  12. Enough of all this stuff, none of you are profesionals. I will wait the 4 weeks and if I don't have nothing by that time I will take it further up. Thanks for all the suggestions, I just stop believing in xbox and it's employees, customer service is something
    they need to work on and probably do more training on how to answer questions the right way.

  14. Thank you Mister Beep, I just want everyone to understand, that I am not upset because of the credit/reward or whatever you want to call it, but I am upset how this service support is. Is so frustrating being told the wrong information and having to hear
    or read that I need to post or chat or even call to a different department of customer care and yet the issue is not resolved and really would hate for any one else have to experience what I haved In the past couple of days. Like I said I will wait the 4-8
    weeks or easy said 1-2 months and than if no credit has been send to my email or anything regarding the promotion, at that time I will post again or move the issue further up.
