    I have started a service request for a broken controller. I received the initial email saying we will contact you shortly but I havent heard anything in a week. Can someone contact me to have this progressed.

    this whole process shouldnt be this difficult.

    You can contact support by requesting a call back or chatting with them athttp://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic
    until you do. Billing issues usually give those options.

    there are delays due to lockdowns and staff shortage, staff working from home, and delays in logistics too. they will get to you eventually.
