Service request gone awry

Hi. New to Microsoft forums. My son's xbox 360 failed and I sent it off for service/replacement. I couldn't be at home for the 3 delivery attempts that UPS made and despite numerous emails they have sent it back to Germany. Can someone tell me how/who I
now have to contact to get it redelivered. It seems to whole set up is designed to fail and get me to buy a new box which would be easier and cheaper. My boy is obviously very upset.

Xbox causing disc scratches

Normally they don't but I guess its possible somethings gone awry.

Your best bet would likely be to order a service if you don't want to continue having your discs damaged.

Not really set up to make you buy a new console.

All you needed to do was rearrange the delivery time & date with UPS for a time when someone would be in.

I've done it myself & it's quite easy.

Done that many times myself. I've also had them deliver to my work place instead of home, and I've also went to the UPS hub and picked my package up there.

 

With most carriers, you can leave a note on the door with date and signature asking them to "please leave the package" and that will count as a signature for them. (If you live in a relatively quiet area, of course)
