Service request for elite controller won’t submit

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your new Elite Series2 controller.

If you purchased your controller from a local retailer, they typically have a 30 day return/exchange policy. Or you can visit the following link for instructions on how to submit a service order request: https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/warranty-service/getting-your-product-serviced

Have you registered your console first and then tried to start the repair request for the controller.

Thanks for reaching out the forums! We are sorry to hear about your Elite Series 2 controller. I notice that you mentioned sending your controller out for repairs. May I ask if the controller was sent to Microsoft for repairs or to a 3rd party repair company? I would like to recommend that you check your warranty status by clicking the following link Request an Xbox controller replacement | Xbox Support and once you have verified device registration and warranty status I would then request a service request by clicking this link Getting your Xbox device serviced | Xbox Support and follow the instructions for "Submit a service order request" instructions.

They aren't sold separately. However you can request a repair for your elite controller here.

Here is the info on getting the elite Controller serviced.

here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices
under your console. Change the category to Accessories and then under select issue type select Elite Controller. Then input your PID number from the controller and click create repair order.
