    Service Request Broken


    The Xbox series X controller is drifting after about 2 months, so I try to submit a service request but it says pending, but its been like this for a week or so. What do I do now

    I am very sorry that you are having this problem, since you mention that the repair order has been like this for 1 week, so I would like to know if you have tried deleting the Device and then adding it again with the serial number.

    Xbox One will not boot can't request support

    Yes I have and no luck on the site. I reregistered the device and it still puts my through the same loop. Shows as registered but wont allow me to request service. I spent time with support and no luck. It is less expensive to request service online then
    by phone or chat but I can't online because it is broken.

    If you have an issue like that with a button being broken, and your controller is still under warranty you can request to get it serviced, but if you contact official support they can better assist you in this.
