    Hi, just wondering (in the current climate), roughly how long should it take to get a response when a service request is logged online?? The auto email response still says should hear back within 24hrs, but I logged the SR over a week ago and haven't heard
    anything.

    Very difficult to say. I'd recommend patience. In the meantime, is there anything the Ambassadors might be able to help you with?
    Thanks for replying. I didn't think it would be an easy question to answer, but just thought I would put it out there.

    I'm having an issue with my sons gift card code being partly unreadable, so think i'll just have to wait until someone responds to my SR. Ages ago when the same thing happened i think i was able to call or do a chat thing with someone to fix it, but looks
    like times have changed and its done via an online request.
